Behind all the flavour and fun, there’s a story that’s been quietly growing for a long time. Chilli Jam first opened in Sydney, NSW, in 2007, born from a love of Thai food and hands-on experimentation. It was the beginning of a journey in Thai hospitality — a place where flavours were explored, techniques refined, and a deep understanding of Thai cooking was formed. Today, that same spirit continues in a fresh new chapter at Claremont Quarter.
