Chilli Jam has been established in August 2007. Since started, we have received a warm welcome from local residents. Our clients love our food and the way we present in the intimate atmosphere where they can relax with friends, family and enjoy freshest ingredients, innovative dishes. Chef Experience

Srisuda Khamchan

Chilli Jam's Head Chef Srisuda Khamchan or Mae Da who began her career. In her mother's kitchen learning the unique tastes of Thai cuisine. Her love of food led her to some of the most exclusive kitchens in Thailand including the iconic Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok. Success sent her to Sydney to train in western cuisine as well as teaching the art of Thai cuisine to her fellow chefs. Her extensive culinary skills have influenced many young chefs who have trained in her kitchen in boutique Thai restaurants all over Sydney.

Mae Da's passionate about the experience captured within each dish and with her understanding of the ingredients allows her to perfectly balance each dish to suit her diners. She is able to create wonderful flavours and energizing timeless favourites whilst staying true to the cuisine she grew up with. Her attention to detail makes each dish an artistic creation, a true sensory experience.
